User Agreement

Terms of Service

Version 2.0.0 · Effective and last updated: August 22, 2026 · India

Important: These Terms form the contract for using WebVoix AI. The Privacy Policy is a notice about personal-data processing; acknowledging it does not opt you into unrelated marketing. Statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply.

1. Service operator and contact

WebVoix AI is the service and trade name used for the AI website generation, editing and publishing platform available at webvoix.com. The platform is operated from Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. Customer-care and grievance communications may be sent to support@webvoix.com. The legal operator name, complete principal postal address, named Grievance Officer, telephone number and tax registration details (if applicable) must also be displayed at checkout and on the invoice before paid public launch.

2. Acceptance, eligibility and authority

By creating an account, clicking “Agree & Continue”, buying a plan or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. If you use WebVoix AI for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the service.

3. What WebVoix AI provides

WebVoix AI provides AI-assisted multi-page website generation, a visual/CMS editor, project storage, website publishing, custom-domain tools, analytics and related support. Features, limits and availability depend on the plan shown at checkout. Beta or preview features may change or be withdrawn after reasonable notice where practicable.

4. Accounts and security

  • Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
  • Keep login credentials confidential, use strong unique passwords and enable available multi-factor authentication.
  • Notify us promptly at support@webvoix.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our breach of applicable law or security obligations.

5. AI-generated output and human review

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, non-unique or unsuitable for your intended purpose. Before publishing or relying on generated code, layouts, copy, images or recommendations, you must review and test them, including accessibility, security, privacy, intellectual-property, advertising and sector-specific requirements.

  • WebVoix AI does not provide legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.
  • Similar output may be generated for different users.
  • You control whether and where generated content is published and remain responsible for the final website and claims it makes.

6. Your content and instructions

You retain rights you already hold in prompts, trademarks, files, media and website content you submit (“User Content”). You grant WebVoix AI and its processors a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, transform and transmit User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support and improve the requested service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have all rights, permissions and notices required for User Content, including personal data relating to another person. Do not upload passwords, authentication secrets, payment-card data, government identifiers, health records or other sensitive data unless a feature expressly requests it and appropriate safeguards are confirmed.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the platform, API or a WebVoix-published site to:

  • phish, impersonate, defraud, mislead, distribute malware or facilitate unlawful betting, financial scams or other illegal activity;
  • infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or other rights;
  • generate, store or publish child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate material, unlawful hate content or content that exploits children;
  • probe, bypass or disrupt access controls, rate limits, billing, safety systems or another user’s data;
  • send spam, scrape the service unlawfully, resell access without permission, or use automated means that materially burden the service; or
  • represent AI output as government-approved, guaranteed, professionally verified or human-authored when that would be misleading.

We may investigate, restrict or remove content and preserve evidence where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with lawful process or enforce these Terms. Where legally permitted and safe, we will give notice and an opportunity to respond.

8. Plans, credits, prices and taxes

  • The checkout screen states the plan, price, included credits, billing interval, publishing/domain limits and applicable taxes before payment.
  • Generation credits are service units, have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless a feature expressly permits it, and are consumed when a qualifying generation request is processed.
  • Recurring subscriptions renew for the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Any legally required payment mandate or pre-debit notice is handled through the payment provider.
  • We may change future prices or plan features after notice. A change does not retroactively alter a completed one-time purchase.
  • Invoices and receipts must identify the legal supplier and applicable tax registration. Do not claim input tax credit unless the invoice is legally valid for that purpose.

9. Payments, renewal and cancellation

Dodo Payments or another disclosed payment provider processes payment credentials. WebVoix AI receives transaction identifiers and status, but should not receive or store raw card numbers, CVVs or online-banking passwords. You may cancel a recurring subscription through the Billing page. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not erase the account immediately. Plan access continues or changes as shown in the cancellation confirmation.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility, duplicate charges, failed delivery, processing timelines and the request method are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in that policy limits a remedy that must be provided under applicable consumer law.

11. Publishing, domains and third parties

Publishing, domain connection, AI generation, authentication, analytics and payments rely on third-party service providers described in the Privacy Policy. Their independent terms may apply. DNS propagation, external registrars, internet routing and third-party outages are outside our direct control, but we remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on WebVoix AI.

12. Intellectual property

WebVoix AI and its licensors own the platform software, interface, branding, documentation and underlying technology. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no platform intellectual-property right is transferred. Rights in generated output depend on applicable law, your inputs and third-party material; we do not guarantee exclusivity or registrability.

13. Privacy, notices and electronic records

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data is processed, why, with whom, for how long and how to exercise privacy rights. You agree to receive service, security, billing and legal notices electronically at your registered email or through the account. Marketing messages require a separate lawful basis or consent and include an opt-out.

14. Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, non-payment, unlawful use or legal requirement. Except where immediate action is reasonably necessary, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Deletion may not remove records that must be retained for payments, disputes, fraud prevention, security incidents or another legal obligation.

15. Availability, warranties and liability

We use reasonable care and skill but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that AI output will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Any contractual cap or exclusion does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer remedies.

16. Third-party claims

To the extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for third-party claims caused by your unlawful User Content, your infringement of another person’s rights or your deliberate misuse of the service. We will give reasonable notice of a claim and allow reasonable participation in its defence. This clause does not make you responsible for our acts or omissions.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, product or operational reasons. The page shows the version and effective date. Material changes will be notified through the account or registered email before they take effect where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only where permitted by law; a new affirmative acceptance may be required.

18. Governing law and disputes

Indian law governs these Terms. Before starting formal proceedings, contact the Grievance Officer so the issue can be reviewed. Nothing prevents an eligible consumer from approaching the National Consumer Helpline, a Consumer Commission or another authority/court having jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not force a consumer to give up a forum provided by law.

19. Grievance and legal notices

Grievance contact: Legal & Compliance Desk, WebVoix AI
Email: support@webvoix.com
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
Consumer target: acknowledgement within 48 hours and resolution within one month, subject to information reasonably needed from you.

Include your registered email, a concise description, relevant order/payment ID and the remedy requested. Never email a CVV, UPI PIN, password or complete card/bank credential. The operator must publish the officer’s real name, complete postal address and telephone/customer-care contact before accepting paid public orders.

20. Entire agreement and severability

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and checkout disclosures form the agreement for the service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver.
